You have 30 days after delivery to request a return.
Use our contact form and include your order number, the item you want to return, and your question. For a damaged or incorrect item, tell us what happened.
Return instructions
Contact HULK before sending a parcel so that we can provide the correct return address and instructions for your order. Ask us about eligibility, postage, exchanges and refund processing before returning an item.
